wrong reel

pictured chrome cone reel and sent blue reel. not what was pictured or orderd. when I called was told to mail reel back at my expense, $15 for both ways and you would refund purchase price. I would be out $15 and no reel, that sucks. when I ask for compensation on the reel, no reply. WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN
