These items ship depending on manufacturers shipping details. Please refer to their product pages to see their average lead time for shipping.     Due to dimension and weight limitations assessed by UPS, orders made with an extraordinary amount of weight or large dimensions may be subject to a freight charge. Items that may require additional shipping charges may include but are not specifically limited to: rods, storage boxes, tackle bags, items considered oversized or heavy items.

    Can I change/add to my order after it has been submitted?

    We begin processing your order as soon as you submit it. Changes may be made if your order has not been processed for shipment to go out. If you have any questions regarding your order after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at 1-501-224-6160 for quick assistance and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.


    Will I receive an order confirmation or tracking information?

    We will email your order receipt to email provided during checkout immediately after order submission. Emailed shipment updates will be sent in duration of shipment delivery.  If you do not receive an email following order submission, please email or call us at 1-501-224-6160 to further assist you with your order.

    Sales Tax Information

    Southern Reel Outfitters is registered to do business and required to collect and pay sales tax on all merchandise purchased in Arkansas.


    Gift Cards

    We do not charge sales tax on gift cards. Appropriate tax is charged at the time and place of the gift card’s end use.

    Please keep record of your order number and emailed receipt for any inquiries regarding your order for us to better assist you if needed.

     

    Returns & Exchanges 

    ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL. No Returns or Exchanges on Sale Merchandise.

    Need to return an item for an exchange or refund?
    Included with each order is an invoice with return instructions on the back. Please call us 1-501-224-6160 or email hello@southernreeloutfitters.com and to further assist you. We will provide you the Return & Exchange form. Please include your order number, name, address and daytime phone number. Also include a brief summary explaining why you are returning the item and whether you would like a refund or an exchange for another item.
     

    Southern Reel Outfitters will gladly accept all returns on an inspection basis only.

    • All returned merchandise must be in original packaging, unopened and un-used.
    • Rods and reels that are covered by the manufacturer's warranty should be returned to the manufacturer for replacement or repair after 60 days. Please refer to manufacturer’s return policy for further information.
    • Items not covered by the manufacturer's warranty may be returned (with order summary) on an inspection basis only.
    • Items purchased online may be returned in person to Southern Reel Outfitters retail store.
    • If you are requesting a refund, the refund will be issued in the same method of payment that was used to purchase the merchandise.
