Can I change/add to my order after it has been submitted?

We begin processing your order as soon as you submit it. Changes may be made if your order has not been processed for shipment to go out. Will I receive an order confirmation or tracking information?

We will email your order receipt to the email provided during checkout immediately after order submission. Sales Tax Information

Southern Reel Outfitters is registered to do business and required to collect and pay sales tax on all merchandise purchased in Arkansas.

Gift Cards

We do not charge sales tax on gift cards. Appropriate tax is charged at the time and place of the gift card’s end use.

Please keep record of your order number and emailed receipt for any inquiries regarding your order for us to better assist you if needed.

Returns & Exchanges 

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL. No Returns or Exchanges on Sale Merchandise.

Southern Reel Outfitters will gladly accept all returns on an inspection basis only.

• All returned merchandise must be in original packaging, unopened and un-used.
• Rods and reels that are covered by the manufacturer's warranty should be returned to the manufacturer for replacement or repair after 60 days. Please refer to manufacturer’s return policy for further information.
• Items not covered by the manufacturer's warranty may be returned (with order summary) on an inspection basis only.
• Items purchased online may be returned in person to Southern Reel Outfitters retail store.
• If you are requesting a refund, the refund will be issued in the same method of payment that was used to purchase the merchandise.
