While I was not going to comment on this transaction, since I received multiple requests to give feedback, here it is.
While the original order was filled, shipped, and received in a timely manner, two of the items (Megabass Vision 110s) sent were the wrong color. I contacted SRO, advised of the discrepancy, and was emailed a return shipping label immediately. This was all done very smooth. However, the correct lures were not shipped to me until several days after the original conversation. While I can respect the idea that SRO did not want to be the victims of a "bait and switch", this was not a mistake on my part, but rather, on the person who filled the order. I would have thought the correct items would been shipped immediately when the mistake was brought to SRO's attention, not several days later. Had I been needing the lures in question in a timely manner, this transaction would not have been satisfactory by any means.
